2. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Il Biacco offers vintage-style poster prints and wall art products manufactured through print-on-demand technology. All products are custom-made after order placement and are not held in stock.

Product Characteristics:

  • Each item is individually printed after your order is confirmed
  • Production time: 2-7 business days (depending on product type and location)
  • Products are shipped directly from our print partner's facilities
  • Slight variations in color may occur due to different screen calibrations and printing processes

3. ORDERING AND PRICING

Order Acceptance:

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity
  • If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund

Pricing:

  • All prices are listed in EUR (Euro) unless otherwise stated
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of order placement
  • Prices do not include customs duties, import taxes, or VAT for international orders (customer's responsibility)

4. PAYMENT

  • Production begins immediately after payment confirmation and cannot be cancelled

Shipping:

  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues
  • Tracking information will be provided once the order ships

International Orders:

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees

  • We are not responsible for packages held or returned by customs
