SHIPPING POLICY

1. OVERVIEW

Il Biacco partners with print-on-demand providers to create and ship your orders. All products are custom-made after your order is placed, which means shipping times include both production and delivery.

Global Fulfillment Network: We utilize a global network of production facilities strategically located across multiple regions, including the United States, Europe, and other key markets. When you place an order, our system automatically routes it to the most suitable facility based on your shipping address and product availability. This intelligent routing system offers several advantages:

  • Faster delivery times through proximity to your location
  • Reduced shipping costs by minimizing international transit
  • Lower likelihood of customs duties and import fees, as most orders are fulfilled domestically within your region

Order Consolidation: When your order includes multiple items, our fulfillment system prioritizes consolidating all products at a single production facility whenever feasible. This approach helps minimize shipping costs and ensures your complete order arrives together in one package. In cases where products require specialized equipment or materials available only at specific facilities, items may be produced and shipped separately. If this occurs, you will receive tracking information for each shipment, and we absorb any additional shipping costs—you will never be charged extra for split shipments.

2. PRODUCTION TIME

Standard Production: 2-7 business days

Production time varies depending on:

  • Product type (posters, framed prints, canvas, etc.)
  • Order volume
  • Production facility location

Production begins immediately after payment confirmation and cannot be cancelled or modified once started.

3. SHIPPING METHODS AND TIMES

Shipping times are estimates only and begin after production is complete. Actual delivery times may vary.

European Union:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days after production
  • Express Shipping: 3-5 business days after production (if available)

United States:

  • Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days after production
  • Express Shipping: 5-7 business days after production (if available)

Canada:

  • Standard Shipping: 10-15 business days after production

Australia & New Zealand:

  • Standard Shipping: 10-20 business days after production

Rest of World:

  • Standard Shipping: 10-25 business days after production

Total Delivery Time = Production Time (2-7 days) + Shipping Time

4. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination country
  • Product weight and dimensions
  • Shipping method selected

Free shipping may be offered during promotional periods.

5. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • Shipping confirmation email
  • Tracking number
  • Link to track your package

Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

6. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Domestic Fulfillment: Our global production network is designed to fulfill most orders domestically within the customer's region. For example, orders shipped to European addresses are typically produced at our European facilities, while US orders are generally fulfilled from US-based locations. This domestic fulfillment model means that in most cases, your order will not cross international borders, thereby avoiding customs processing entirely.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: In situations where an order must be fulfilled from a facility outside your country or region—due to product-specific requirements, inventory availability, or facility capabilities—standard international shipping procedures apply:

  • The customer is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and any additional fees levied by the destination country's customs authority
  • These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not included in the product price or shipping fee displayed at checkout
  • Import fees vary significantly by country, product value, and local regulations; we recommend checking with your customs authority for specific information
  • Refusal to pay customs fees may result in the package being returned or destroyed, and we cannot offer refunds in such cases

Customs Clearance:

  • International shipments are subject to customs inspection and clearance procedures in the destination country
  • Clearance times vary and are beyond our control; delays of several days to weeks may occur
  • We are not responsible for delays, additional fees, or issues arising from customs processing
  • Packages detained or returned by customs due to non-payment of duties or failed delivery attempts are the customer's responsibility

7. SHIPPING ADDRESS

Accuracy is Critical:

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Address changes may not be possible once production begins

P.O. Boxes:

  • We can ship to P.O. Boxes in most countries
  • Some carriers may not deliver to P.O. Boxes; alternative arrangements may be required

8. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Lost Packages:

  • If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please:
    • Check with neighbors and building management
    • Verify the delivery address
    • Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date
  • We will investigate with the carrier and provide a replacement or refund if the package is confirmed lost

Damaged Packages:

  • If your package arrives damaged, please:
    • Take photos of the damaged packaging and product
    • Contact us within 14 days of delivery at ilbiaccoclothes011@gmail.com
    • Provide your order number and photos
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund for damaged items

9. UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to:

  • Incorrect address provided by customer
  • Customer refused delivery
  • Customer did not pay customs fees
  • Multiple failed delivery attempts

We will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment fees will apply and must be paid before we can resend your order.

10. ORDER PROCESSING

Business Days:

  • Production and shipping times are calculated in business days (Monday-Friday)
  • Weekends and holidays are not included

Order Confirmation:

  • You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase
  • This confirms we received your order, not that it has shipped

11. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, we cannot ship to:

  • Countries under international trade sanctions
  • Military addresses (APO/FPO) - contact us for availability
  • Remote or restricted areas (additional fees may apply)

12. MULTIPLE ITEMS

Orders containing multiple items may:

  • Ship from different production facilities
  • Arrive in separate packages
  • Have different delivery dates

You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

13. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Pandemics or health emergencies
  • Carrier strikes or disruptions
  • Government restrictions
  • War or civil unrest
